Yeah it very good....❤️and I had many doubts regarding my periods.....now it's all clear....and now after attending the program I am proud to be a girl....who is having a regular periods and healthy body.... thankyou happy periods ❤️❤️
The program was really useful in many ways. I became aware about the nuances of hygiene during my Periods and the numerous complications that will arise if we didn't follow proper hygiene. The awareness about HPV and Cervical Cancer virus prompted me to contact my doctor and ask her the details about it. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience
I really felt very comfortable cause they openly talked about that sticky topic . There were mens too but they also maturely talked about that topic we girls don't even talk about it to our dad or brothers cause our society made us think it as a offence but this session really help us to know our body and that the periods is a boon to us not a curse thankyou so much for those members to gave as this knowledge.
Actually after attending this programme many things I learnt from here..... Specially of staying hygeine,I get my periods 4months once or 3 months I consulted many doctors and many scan report are also have been taken....no result...I hope after attending this programme....In plan of following those tips and everything ... hoping to get best results....!! I specially thanks for conducting this beautiful programme
The program was very informative and useful. It helped me understand menstrual health, hygiene, and the different types of menstrual products available. I learned about sanitary pads, menstrual cups, reusable cloth pads, and other sustainable menstrual products. The sessions explained how to use these products safely and maintain proper hygiene during periods. The program also created awareness about the importance of menstrual health and breaking common myths related to menstruation. The information was presented clearly and was easy to understand. Overall, the program increased my knowledge and confidence regarding menstrual health and menstrual product choices. I found it beneficial and would recommend similar awareness programs to others.
This program is very useful, as a generations drift if we get periods just use the pads but no one considered about its health related problem this program reveals how our routine affects our reproductive health it is a very useful program
The program also helped remove common myths and misconceptions about menstruation and encouraged open discussions without embarrassment. The speakers addressed participants' questions patiently and emphasized that menstruation is a natural biological process that should not be associated with stigma or discrimination. One of the most valuable aspects of the program was the focus on maintaining physical and mental well-being during periods. The guidance on healthy eating, hydration, exercise, and hygiene practices was practical and useful for daily life. The interactive activities made the session engaging and increased participants' confidence to discuss menstrual health openly.
I am very glad to have been a part of today's program. First of all, I would like to thank the speaker for interacting with us and creating awareness about menstruation and the various problems related to periods. The session was very informative, and I felt that every student actively participated and stayed engaged throughout.
One of the most eye-opening parts of the session was learning that many sanitary napkins take around 700 years to degrade. This highlighted the importance of choosing environmentally friendly menstrual products. I also appreciate the introduction of comfortable and reusable period products, which are both safe and sustainable.
The brand explained how their reusable period panties and reusable sanitary pads are designed to be safe, comfortable, and free from irritation. They also provided sample products for us to feel and understand their quality, which made the session more interactive and practical.
Finally, I would like to thank the organizing committee for arranging such a meaningful awareness program for all the students. It was an educational and valuable experience, and I hope more such sessions will be conducted in the future.
The "Happy Periods" session conducted in our college was very informative and much needed. The speaker explained about menstrual hygiene, myths vs facts, product options like pads, cups, and proper disposal in a very open and comfortable way. The most useful part was learning about nutrition, self-care, and pain management during periods. Earlier I had many doubts and hesitation, but after this session I feel more confident and aware. The Q&A session was helpful because we could ask questions without feeling shy. The session helped in breaking the taboo and stigma around periods. Overall, the session was well organized and the duration was just right. Suggestion: Please conduct more such sessions and include topics like PCOS and sustainable products.
The program was very informative and useful. I learned about menstrual hygiene, sustainable menstrual products, and proper disposal of used pads. It also helped me understand the importance of protecting our health and environment.
The cotton disposable panties were comfortable, soft, hygienic, and easy to use. They provided good protection and made menstrual days more convenient. Overall, it was a useful and comfortable product, and I would be happy to use it again.
The program was very informative and useful. I learned about menstrual hygiene, PCOS/PCOD awareness, and sustainable menstrual products. It helped clear many myths and improved my knowledge. Thank you for organizing this awareness program.
Overall, I really appreciated the effort taken by sir and the doctor to come to colleges and educate young women about menstrual health. The way sir interacted with us, asked questions, and explained everything patiently was really good. I learned many new things from this program, and I feel that this kind of awareness program is very important for college students.
The only thing I wish is that there had been more time because I wanted to learn more and see the other things that had been brought for the program.
Thank you so much, sir and doctor, for your valuable time and for giving us such an informative and useful session. The program was really wonderful, and I learned a lot from it.
Thank you so much, sir!
Another thing that surprised me was the discussion about tea. I drink a lot of tea, and I can even say that I am addicted to tea. Earlier, I used to drink around 10 cups a day. After I had some stomach problems, I reduced it to around 4 cups a day. When sir said that he does not drink tea, I was really surprised. I also want to reduce my tea intake as much as possible, although honestly, it is difficult for me. At least one cup of tea a day feels necessary for me. Still, I understood from the program that reducing excessive tea consumption is better for our health.
Sir also explained different menstrual hygiene products such as sanitary napkins, reusable pads, period panties, and menstrual cups. He explained how they are used and also gave us an idea about their prices. I did not feel that he was simply trying to sell the products. I felt that he was genuinely introducing different options to us and allowing us to choose according to our comfort and interest. He also clearly said that buying the products is completely our choice, which I really appreciated.
I really liked the way sir approached everyone. He spoke very comfortably with the girls, asked us questions, and patiently explained everything. The interaction was really good, and I did not feel bored even for a minute. Usually, during some programs, we may feel bored sitting and listening for a long time. But this program was different because the topic was very important and interesting, so I actually wanted to listen to more.
The only thing I felt was that the time was a little less. I think the program would have been even better if sir had more time to explain everything. I felt that there were many more things and products that he wanted to show us, but because of the limited time, he could not explain everything. That was the only thing I felt a little disappointed about.
The doctor also gave us many useful tips for managing stomach pain and discomfort during periods. Many girls take leave from college because they experience severe period pain, and I could relate to that. The tips given by the doctor were very useful, and I would like to follow them in my daily life.
I have heard many people talk about menstrual cups and say that they are comfortable once we get used to them. But personally, I feel scared when I see a menstrual cup. I have never used one because I am afraid that I might use it incorrectly. So, I would need to learn properly and feel comfortable before trying it. The discussion helped me understand that there are different options available, and we can choose what is suitable for us.
I also really liked the reusable pads and period panties that sir showed us. They seemed like useful alternatives to regular disposable pads.
Finally, sir explained about biodegradable sanitary pads. I felt that this was a very good topic because regular sanitary pads can contain plastic and create a lot of menstrual waste. Biodegradable options can help reduce the environmental impact of menstrual waste. I hope more people become aware of these options and choose sustainable menstrual hygiene products according to their comfort and needs.
Today, we had a very informative program called "Happy Periods," conducted by sir and the doctor. They explained many important things about periods, menstrual health, hygiene, and different menstrual products.
The first thing that really surprised me was learning that period blood is not something dirty or impure. It is a natural part of menstruation. I came to know this more clearly through today's program, and it was something new and useful for me.
Sir also asked us about our menstrual cycle, whether we have regular or irregular periods, and whether anyone gets their periods twice in a month. He explained that a menstrual cycle is around 28 days on average, although it can vary from person to person. He also made us understand that we should pay attention to our menstrual health and not ignore unusual changes.
Nowadays, many girls experience different problems during their periods, especially severe stomach pain and discomfort. Because of this, I feel that programs like this are very important. Going to different colleges and directly talking to college girls about menstrual health is a really good initiative.
